About Gilbert
Gilbert Meadowcroft commenced his property career in Brisbane in 2003, working closely with private property developers across a broad range of disciplines including contract administration, project management, business development, direct sales, and sales leadership.
In 2014, Meadowcroft Project Marketing was established to provide developers with a clear, fee-for-service alternative — offering structured planning, disciplined execution, and transparent delivery across every stage of the project sales process.
Gilbert has personally completed over two hundred and fifty off-the-plan residential sales and has led the marketing and sale of more than twenty new residential projects throughout Brisbane, navigating all market conditions with a consistent focus on commercial outcomes and long-term value.
Wynnum Vikings AFC is an Australian Rules Football Club situated in the Wynnum-Manly District, east of Brisbane City. The club maintains a focus on family and community, actively engaging in local activities and events.
